1. Tape bottom of standard bowling ball box 9” x 9” x 9”
If you do not have a box you can typically obtain one from your local pro shop.
2. Insert single ball into this box, close and tape the top shut.
For additional padding add a small towel but ensure not to deform the box.
3. Place box with ball into the box (10” x 10” x 10”) we sent with the label affixed.
Leave return label in bottom of box as this will be used to ship equipment home after tournament.
4. Ensure your tracking label is affixed properly and not covering a seam.
For extra security add clear plastic shipping tape to the label.
5. Close the box and tape all seams at least once around the entire box creating an“H” shape on the top and bottom of the box.
No such thing as too much tape.
6. Inspect your package one last time to ensure it is safe and secure for travel.
7. Take your secure box to the chosen carrier’s address on your label for shipping.

* If you use your own box instead of our official packaging, it must match the declared dimensions exactly. If you add extra weight or misrepresent the size, we will charge your credit card on file for the carrier’s adjustment fees plus a $10 penalty per violation.

You must take your packed equipment to an authorized carrier drop-off location (FedEx, UPS, etc.) listed on your return shipping label.

We may coordinate with the host center to collect packages on your behalf. If this is the case, you will be notified in advance via email or signage at the event. If you’re not sure — play it safe and take it to the drop location yourself.
* If you misplaced your printed return label:
Use the QR code provided in your confirmation email. Most carrier locations can scan the QR code and print the label on the spot.

Default Coverage – Included at No Cost
Every shipment includes complimentary coverage up to $100 total. This covers your shipment against loss or damage while in transit only and excludes all other circumstances.
Customers may choose to increase their protection at the time of booking. Insurance must be selected and paid before the shipment is tendered.
$250 coverage (1 ball max): $19.99
$500 coverage (up to 2 balls): $34.99
$1,000 coverage (up to 4 balls): $49.99
Coverage limits are capped at $250 per ball, with a maximum of $1,000 per shipment.
