IMPORTANT:
If your return shipment is not properly dropped off or scanned by the carrier, you will be responsible for any missed pickups, delays, lost items, or voided insurance coverage.
If you are shipping your equipment to a hotel, tournament center, pro shop, Airbnb, or any location that is not your personal residence, it is your sole responsibility to:
- Contact the location ahead of time and inform them of the incoming shipment
- Confirm that they accept packages on your behalf
- Provide any required name, reservation number, or special instructions so the package is accepted properly
- Pay any receiving or handling fees the location may charge (these are not covered by BowlingBallShipping.com)
- Once the carrier marks the package as delivered and signed for at the destination, we suggest you call confirming who received and where they are storing until you arrive.
BowlingBallShipping.com assumes zero liability for the package after confirmation of delivery. We do not cover loss, theft, misplacement, damage, or delivery disputes once the package has been accepted by the recipient location.
If your hotel refuses the package or it is returned due to lack of coordination, you are responsible for all additional shipping charges and/or reshipment fees.
